Apple’s new hire Mark Papermaster, an ex-IBM employee, has found himself with a law suit as well as a new job! IBM intends to “vigorously pursue [this case] in court”. Fearing for their trade secrets which Papermaster would have had access to, they hope to block the new hire because he had agreed not to work for a competitor for a year.
